Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE? We currently service Summit and Medina County.

DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT? No. The service can be stopped at any time by phone or email.

DO YOU WORK WHILE MY DOG IS IN THE YARD? Yes. We like to meet the dog during the initial clean-up and as long as he/she feels comfortable with us we can work with them in the yard.

DO YOU WORK IN BAD WEATHER? Yes. Usually nothing stops us, however very heavy rain or snow may require postponing service a day or two.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE POO? Typically we double bag and place the waste in our client's trash receptacles. If you wish to have the waste removed from your property, we can do it for an additional fee of $2 per week.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENTS? Monthly customers will be invoiced by the 15th of each month. Payment must be recieved by the 1st of the following month to continue service. Payment for one time customers must be rendered on the day of service.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU SERVICED MY YARD? Once we complete the service we will leave a note with the date and time.

SHOULD I UNLOCK MY GATE? Yes. We do not climb over fences. Please have the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day.
